When surf is life, you live for the sea, the sun, the salty air…not crispy hair.

We partnered with pro surfer, Coco Ho, to demonstrate the reparative benefits of Dove’s new Bond Strength line with the beautiful beaches of Río Grande, Puerto Rico as the backdrop.

Coco was invited to the salon for a beach-side styling session with celebrity hairstylist, Clayton Hawkins, who carved out some beautifully beachy waves using the new Bond Strength products. But pretty soon after, Coco was summoned back to the ocean where some other waves were calling her name. In other words, Coco’s bouncy new waves crashed with those of the ocean. Clayton was not offended.

The weekend was spent at The St. Regis Resort where guests were taken through a series of immersive activities including surf lessons, 1:1 styling appointments & one-minute masking sessions – creating a series of social FOMO moments and, ultimately, feature stories in target publications like Allure, Vogue, InStyle, Birdie, Bustle and Popsugar.
